Jeffrey Shalom

Mr. Shalom joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2015. Originally, he was the Director of Sales for part of Bensonhurst and part of Gravesend. In 2008 and 2009, his territory was enlarged to include all of Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights, Bath Beach, and Boro Park. A graduate of New York University's School of Business, Mr. Shalom earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and went on to become a Certified Public Accountant. In May 2007, he was named one of Commercial Real Estate s Rising Stars by Real Estate Weekly. In January 2008, he received Massey Knakal's 2007 Michael Fuchs/Aby Rosen Award for Outstanding Business Development and Goodwill Promotion. For most of his life, he has lived, shopped, worked and played in and around the territory he covers. As a father of six, he has visited almost every museum, children's attraction and sports venue in New York City.
