Jeffrey Safchik

Mr. Safchik is the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Greenstreet Partners, and a founder of Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, a company engaged in the business of real estate investment. He also serves as a founding partner of Athos Capital. Mr. Safchik has more than 35 years of extensive financial and tax experience involving acquisitions, structuring of debt and equity investments, strategic planning, and asset management across a diversified set of asset classes. From 2001-2017, Mr. Safchik also served as the Chief Financial Officer for K1 Ventures Limited, a publicly listed investment company traded on the Singapore Stock Exchange. During this time, Mr. Safchik also served as a Director of K1 Ventures, Chairman and CEO of Propco Holdings, a privately held portfolio of education related real estate properties; Director of Knowledge Universe Education, Long Haul Holding Corp and a director and member of the KUE Management, Inc. audit committee and Knowledge Schools, Inc. Executive Committee. He is an active member of several civic and charitable institutions in Miami, Florida, including the Green Family Foundation and previously served as the Chairman of the University of Miami, Department of Pediatrics Children’s Council. Mr. Safchik graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (majoring in Accounting) from Pace University, New York, and obtained a Master’s degree in Taxation from St. John’s University, New York. Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Safchik was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the States of New York and Florida. During the course of his career, he attended advanced finance and real estate courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and New York University.
