Beginning his career in retail real estate in 1986, Jeffrey Nable has completed retail transactions throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. From large retailers such as Stew Leonard’s (whom he has represented for 28 years) to chain restaurants, retailers and boutique fitness operators, Jeff has been instrumental in helping companies with their brand expansion throughout the tri state area. In addition to Stew Leonard’s, Jeffrey currently represents Dollar Tree, Chopt Creative Salad Company, XPO Brands (Club Pilates, CycleBar, Stretch Lab, Pure Barre, AKT, Yoga 6, Rumble, Stride, Row House), UPS Store, and Jimmy John’s. As a Landlord agent, Jeff has developed strong, long-standing relationships with Kimco Realty, Kite Realty, Cedar Realty Trust, Urstadt Biddle Properties, Co-Finance Group, RPAI, and local operators such as Oster Properties, and The Serota Organization. Jeffrey has been with RIPCO Real Estate since 2013 and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
