Jeffrey Lauer

Jeffrey is a native of St. Louis, Missouri (and a big St. Louis Cardinals fan) but grew up in the Westfield/Carmel, Indiana area. He graduated Westfield High School and went on to attend Ball State University's College of Architecture and Planning (CAP). After completing two degrees in city and regional planning he went on to work as an Associate Planner for the City of Westfield in 2014. In this role he worked on many aspects of municipal planning, including zoning, code enforcement, and economic development. In 2016 he joined SVN The Martin Group as an Associate Advisor. However, in 2017 he left SVN to join an independent brokerage with considerable land and industrial experience called Northern Commercial/Kaiser Land Company based in Carmel, Indiana. In 2022, Jeffrey rejoined the SVN family as a Senior Broker when Northern Commercial affiliated with SVN. Jeffrey brings a unique set of skills and experience to his role as a Senior Broker. His background in planning and zoning offers him first-hand knowledge of the entitlement and development process allowing his clients (whether buyer or seller) a step up in what is often the most critical item in the due diligence of purchasing or developing land. Jeffrey has worked with a numerous clients including: Lennar, Pulte Homes, Beazer Homes, Total Tool Supply, Inc., ABC Supply, Inc., West Fork Whiskey, and many more.
