Jeffrey Handler

Jeff joined Providence Realty Advisors, LLC in 2020. Prior to joining the company, Jeff was employed by Asadoorian Retail Solutions for 15 years. Jeff specializes in street, mixed use, town center and shopping center retail leasing on behalf of Landlords and Tenants in urban and suburban locations. Jeff's background includes six years of commercial appraisal in the US and Canada, performing market research and analysis, and the leasing and selling of retail properties for the Mills Corporation, among others. Jeff received his Bachelor of Urban Planning at the University of Cincinnati and his Masters Degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. Jeff is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, leading many of its major committees. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, entertaining and sports.
