Jeffrey Hakim

Jeffrey G. Hakim, President of Centric Partners, has worked in the Orange County commercial real estate market since 2003. As Managing Partner, Jeffrey oversees the firm’s strategic direction and serves as a consultant, strategic planner, and provider of specialized brokerage services to his roster of public and private sector clients. Having represented tenants in more than 7.5 million square feet of lease and purchase transactions, Jeffrey specializes in assisting his clients with the evaluation of their short and long term real estate and business needs. From that, he implements solutions to meet the client’s operational and financial goals. By focusing on his clients’ business needs first, Jeff ensures his clients benefit from impactful business solutions through real estate. Jeffrey attended the University of California, Irvine where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and was a starting member of UCI’s Division I Water Polo Team. Today, Jeffrey resides in Long Beach, California with his wife and daughter. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, camping, open water swims, and participating in outdoor activities.
