Prior to joining HREC®, Jeffrey was a Director at HVS Capital where he was involved in all aspects of investment banking for hospitality real estate including arranging debt placements, structuring equity investments, brokering asset sales and various advisory services. During the course of his career, Jeffrey has been involved with Prudential Realty Group, Sage Hospitality and Xanterra Parks & Resorts, thus gaining a broad background in asset management, business development, capital expenditure analysis, renovation project management, franchise analysis and selection, and financing.
