Jeffrey Chaus

Jeff Chaus entered the New Jersey Real Estate market in 1986 with the undisputable experience of setting up and running/managing the Warehousing Distribution Operation of his family’s garment business, (the publicly traded Bernard Chaus Inc.) in Secaucus, NJ. Over the years of Jeff’s leadership, the company continually expanded into its ultimate 500,000 square foot state of the art distribution center. Those years proved to be invaluable. He has the first hand experience, and understands the needs of his clients, often before they do. He is an expert in warehousing, distribution and logistics, enabling him to stand out amongst his competitors. The proof is in the fact that his clients have remained loyal for over the past 23 years. Jeff is the original founding member of Chaus Realty and has been active in the New Jersey Real Estate market since 1986. He has consistently leased over 1,000,000 square feet for Hartz Mountain Industries, and has received Broker of the Year award for numerous years. The Costar Group of Northern New Jersey has recognized him as Power Broker of the Year in 2002, 2004, 2005, and 2007. Born and raised in NJ, Jeff attended Quinnipiac University, and received and advanced degree in Textile Science from the State University of New York.
