Jeffrey Calig

Jeffrey A. Calig, a Senior Vice President at NAI Pleasant Valley, brings over nineteen years of experience in the Cleveland Industrial Real Estate Market to the Hexter-Calig team at NAI Pleasant Valley. Prior to joining NAI Pleasant Valley, Jeffrey spent his first fourteen years working in the steel drum manufacturing industry. He was an owner, officer and director prior to selling his share of the manufacturing business. Upon selling his business, he decided to concentrate full-time on industrial real estate. Since joining NAI Pleasant Valley, Jeffrey has been awarded the NAI Pleasant Valley top five producer awards every year since 2006 and CoStar Power Broker award in the last twelve out of fourteen years. In 2006, Jeffrey was designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a coveted and respected designation achieved by only six per cent of all commercial real estate practitioners. In 2012 NAI Global named Jeffrey into the NAI Global Elite, a group comprised of top performers and producers.
