Jeff leverages 35 years of sales expertise in media, technology and real estate to locate the best-valued commercial properties the City has to offer. He discovered his calling for real estate during his tenure in the outdoor advertising business, where he honed his negotiation style completing multi-million dollar advertising leases between NYC landlords and Fortune 500 Corporations. Today, Jeff specializes in pinpointing retail, office, professional and industrial properties. Jeff lives in NYC with his wife and son. He is an avid cyclist, snowboarder and hockey coach as well as Co-founder of the Terry Fox Run for Cancer Research - NYC, a major fundraising venue for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
