Jeffrey Bach

Jeff Bach joined JLL as Managing Director in November of 2017. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Bach had a 28 year career at CBRE. Mr. Bach leads the Baltimore Retail Team, and is the Maryland lead that oversees a retail team of 14. The Baltimore Retail Team ensures that their clients receive the resources of a large firm with the personal services and individualized solutions of a boutique. Mr. Bach specializes in regional and national tenant & landlord representation services. The scope of these services include: market analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, lease renewals, lease terminations, and retail consulting work. Mr. Bach has experience with large-scale retail rollouts and proudly represents South Moon Under, Custom Ink, and Ticknor’s on a national basis. Mr. Bach is also experienced in working with both private and institutional owners. He has the expertise to provide leasing, sales and consulting services for shopping centers, lifestyle centers, urban retail and ground-up development projects throughout Maryland.
