Jeff handles all aspects of commercial real estate services with Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc. Some of these services include Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Build to Suit Development, Redevelopment, Site Identification, Investment Sales and Project Consultation. Jeff is the President of LBR, Inc. and is excited about the vision of the organization and the direction of the organization in the years to come. “Truly the caliber of our team makes the difference world-class…” Jeff continues to be highly successful in the retail marketplace: deals accomplished include brokering Bass Pro Shops™ in Palm Bay, Giant Recreation World™, along with many others. His tenant representation engagements extend from Hialeah to Jacksonville. His coverage is statewide and includes transactions for Walgreens™, 7-Eleven™, National Banks, National Auto Parts Retailers and several franchise groups. Prior to joining Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc., Jeff spent over 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry with Searle™, Pharmacia & Upjohn™, and Pfizer™. The focus of those years was in sales management, corporate development, training and sales. In the Pharmaceutical Industry, Jeff was responsible for the launch and management of blockbuster products. As area manager, Jeff managed the sales of 10 territories with total sales in excess of $100 million per year with a marketing budget of $500,000 per year. Jeff holds the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). This designation represents extensive coursework in financial and market analysis having demonstrated extensive experience and expertise in the commercial real estate market. Native Floridian born and raised in Palm Beach County, with three beautiful children.
