Jeff Venghaus

Jeff is an Executive Managing Director and team leader of JLL Houston’s Industrial Services group. His expertise includes acquisitions, dispositions, leases (renewals and expansions), build-to-suit/design-build projects and agency leasing. His primary focus is to develop cost-saving strategies that increase profitability and mitigate risk for clients over the long term. Jeff’s philosophy is clear: put the client first, build trust and work with excellence.
