Jeff Sweeney specializes in advanced real estate strategy and transaction support for professional occupiers through Cushman & Wakefield, Orlando. Jeff supports a select number of clients, including but not limited to Morgan & Morgan, Adventist Health System, Synchrony Financial and Wells Fargo Bank. In a brokerage capacity, Jeff has leased and sold over 3 million square feet of commercial space, represented over 12 million square feet of owned commercial property, and been involved in the sale of more than 100 acres of commercial land. He has also represented more than 200 companies in their negotiations for user occupied facilities. Jeff most recently served as President of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Florida with offices in Tampa, Orlando and Melbourne where he oversaw brokerage, property management, investor services and receivership operations. Prior experience also includes serving as Regional Vice President of Equity Office Properties in Atlanta the largest, at the time, office REIT in North America. There, Jeff was responsible for a 10 million square foot portfolio of office and retail space located in 9 Southeastern metropolitan markets. In this capacity, Jeff had regional budget responsibility in excess of $100 million. Jeff has been recognized by the Central Florida chapter of NAIOP as its Top Office Broker and received numerous other production awards during his career, including Top Overall Producer for Cushman & Wakefield, Orlando. He serves as Board Chairman of the Central Florida Boys & Girls Club, Chair-Elect for the Florida Hospital Cardio Vascular Institute. Jeff started his career as an office leasing specialist in 1983 in the Central Florida marketplace with Cushman & Wakefield.
