Jeff Swearingen

Jeff Swearingen joined Foldetta Commercial in 2018 as a Commercial Real Estate Associate focusing on the Retail and Industrial sectors. With 5 years of experience, Jeff has proven success in leasing, site selection, acquisitions, and dispositions of commercial property working with private investors. Jeff played 4 years of NAIA collegiate golf for the University of St Thomas, reaching 2 national championship appearances while pursuing and receiving honors in Finance and Economics. After graduating he obtained his real estate license to pursue a career in commercial real estate. With a grandfather and generations before him as farmers and ranchers in South Texas and Kansas, Jeff became intrigued by the value of land and investment property. Jeff was born and raised in The Woodlands, where he still resides. He is a member of The Woodlands United Methodist Church. In his free time, Jeff enjoys playing and competing in golf. He also likes to fish, hunt, and spend time with family and friends.
