A real estate network of brokers, investors, and other professionals that specialize in the leasing, buying and selling of commercial properties, CEG knows space. Led by owner Jeff Salzbrun, the group is made up of industry greats who provide the best service and most beneficial insight to effectively get your deal done. Jeff has been in every aspect of this business since 1990. Twenty years with John Allen at Industrial Equities. IE mostly developed new (and repositioned) leased and managed commercial properties to a portfolio of about 3.5 million s.f. A major portion of that portfolio sold to Blackstone for $275 million about a year ago. John Allen, IE owner is like still Jeff's #1 mentor and they continue to do deals together. Jeff jumped out of the John Allen nest on December 12, 2009. It was time to go on his own. Commercial Equities Group was immediately started and he began focusing on brokerage and investing. On the brokerage side Jeff had an opportunity with ESRI (Essence Real Estate Services) in early 2010 and flew under the ERSI name as a 50% partner until very recently here in 2020. While Jeff continues to work very closely with ERSI, it was time to develop my own team.
