Jeff Roman

Jeff Roman joined Stream Realty Partners as a Co-Managing Director in March 2022. He is responsible for helping lead Northern Virginia’s leasing and landlord representation efforts with his creative strategies and collaborative approaches. He is an expert in leasing, build-to-suits, and joint ventures. Prior to joining Stream, Jeff spent 35 years at CBRE, where he last served as a Senior Vice President in the Northern Virginia market. He was responsible for negotiating over 10 million square feet of transactions worth more than $1 billion during his tenure. He briefly worked in the National Accounts Division of IBM Corp. before beginning his career in commercial real estate.
