Jeff Richardson
Jeffrey Richardson joined CTR Partners, Inc in June 2004.
His focus is on Tenant Representation in the north Atlanta market. Through hard work and focus on successful companies in the local market, he has accumulated practical knowledge of the negotiation process. His integrity, commitment, and responsiveness to his clients have become an integral part of the CTR Partners team. He entered the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development business in March, 2003, as a Marketing and Leasing Manager of Golden Park Business Center with The Aiken Company in Atlanta. Since then he has specialized in industrial and office products in the northeast Atlanta market. Jeff is a native of Gadsden, Alabama and has been in Atlanta since 1997 where he graduated with a Management Information Systems degree from The University of Alabama. He is married and a resident of Cumming, Georgia. He attends Northpoint Community Church. His outside interests include running, baseball, traveling and gardening.
