Jeff Richards

Jeff Richards represents the Salt Lake City office of CBRE as a Executive Vice President. Jeff joined CBRE in early 2007 and has since partnered with Rad Dye and Tom Dischmann. Prior to that Jeff spent seven years as an industrial specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and Mansell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. With experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, Jeff specializes in industrial and flex lease negotiations, user building and land sales, investment property sales, and data center and clean room requirements. Jeff has been successful by offering a high level of service and unique solutions to suit his client’s needs. His understanding of the market makes him a skilled negotiator and gives him the ability to simplify and resolve complex issues for his clients.
