Jeff Randolph
Jeff is President of The Randolph Group, LLC, a land development company based in Greenville, SC, and specializing in residential, urban infill and mixed-used communities. Since its founding in 1997, The Randolph Group has developed more than 40 communities in the Southeast. In 2010, The Randolph Group was recognized by Southern Living Magazine for their work on the Viola neighborhood in Greenville, deemed one of the 10 Best Comeback Neighborhoods in the country. Prior to establishing The Randolph Group, Jeff received his Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University, and spent 14 years with Liberty Properties Group, the real estate operating company of Liberty Life Insurance Company. Jeff is an instructor at Clemson University in the Master of Real Estate Development Program.
