Jeff Powers began is his career in 2018 as an industrial broker in Oakland focusing on representing owners and occupants along the I-880 Corridor and Northern California. Jeff specializes in assisting his clients in all aspects of commercial real estate with a particular focus on Northern California Industrial. Jeff’s main markets of focus include Oakland, San Leandro, Hayward, Union City, Newark and Fremont on the I-880 Corridor. He offers a full range of brokerage services, including tenant representation, landlord/seller representation, site selection for development, and investment property acquisitions/dispositions in Northern California Industrial markets and across the nation. In Jeff's career, he has assisted institutional and private owners alike bear positive results in both sale and lease negotiations. Jeff's commitment to understanding his client's needs and his efforts to achieve them allowed him to become one of Northern California’s most respected young brokers. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff was in technology sales and project management at Facebook/Meta. An East Bay native, Jeff graduated from UC Berkeley where he played for the men’s basketball team all 4 years. Jeff lives in Pleasant Hill with his wife, Paulina, son and golden retriever. Jeff loves to travel, play basketball, golf and exercise with friends and family.
