Jeffrey Peltier, a Senior Vice President with Colliers, is an Office and Industrial Tenant/Landlord Rep advisor, specializing in comprehensive real estate strategies, including financial analysis, lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions. He assists clients in making informed decisions with their office and Industrial space requirements, all while providing excellent service and exceeding his clients’ expectations. Mr. Peltier’s client base ranges from Oil and Gas and engineering firms to companies in the financial and technology industries. Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Peltier acquired extensive knowledge while working with the Houston based REIT in project leasing. He was part of the team responsible for leasing the company’s current 6 million square foot office and industrial portfolio. His experience working on the ownership side has allowed him to develop the skills necessary to successfully meet all of the needs of his clients. Most recently, Jeff was a Tenant Rep Broker at Cresa Houston.
