Jeff Nimmer

Jeff joined Shopping Center Group in the Raleigh office in 2017, after 17 years with a retail development company in Greensboro, NC. He specializes in Tenant Representation/Site Selection, Landlord Representation/Leasing, and Portfolio Dispositions. Having worked in development for much of his career, he also adds value in the entitlement process, having secure numerous rezonings, plan approvals, and variances throughout the Carolinas. He is also known for specialization in restaurant real estate and value-add redevelopment leasing. Jeff holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MBA from Wake Forest University, and has earned his CCIM designation.
