Jeff Morgenstern

Jeff Morgenstern is a senior managing director with the Pleasanton office of Newmark. Jeff specializes in office leasing and building sales in the Tri-Valley market, comprising the cities of San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Danville, Alamo and Livermore. Since joining Newmark in 1999, Jeff has done extensive tenant representation work, including consulting, renewal, relocation, and the disposition and subleasing of office properties. His strong work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail have allowed him to provide the highest level of service to his clients. He brings knowledge and experience to each transaction, providing each client the opportunity to save time and money and reduce risk. Jeff works tirelessly to satisfy his clients’ needs and prides himself on building and maintaining long-term relationships. He has completed more than 1,200 lease and sale transactions totaling more than 5.1 million rentable square feet and $475.0 million in total consideration throughout his career. Jeff represents many institutional and local landlords in the Tri-Valley market. He provides his clients with a clear understanding of current market trends, as well as tenants in the market and their competitors. By marketing and prospecting to regional tenants, Jeff keeps his projects fresh on the minds of likely prospects. In so doing, he provides his clients with the best opportunities for making deals.
