Jeff Mitchell is Senior Vice President of Voit Real Estate Services and is considered one of the top industrial brokers in Central and South Orange County. Mitchell has leased or sold 16 million square feet in over 800 transactions comprising in excess of $750 million in total consideration. In 2003, Mitchell sold the former Steelcase Facility in Tustin, which is considered the largest industrial sale in Orange County history.
