As an Associate Vice President in Colliers’ Dallas-Fort Worth office, Jeff specializes in representing occupiers of industrial real estate in the acquisition and disposition of “supply chain real estate” warehouses, truck terminals, manufacturing facilities and industrial land. His team, lead by Ward Richmond, specializes in working with C-level executives and operational specialists to develop and execute corporate real estate strategies on a local and global basis in an effort to maximize operational efficiencies and value. The Ward Richmond Industrial Team is a globally recognized leader in commercial real estate. Having developed unparalleled experience, they have negotiated over 500 Supply Chain Real Estate transactions, globally, in 50+ cities while generating millions in value for their customers — a list that includes companies ranging from family owned 3PL’s to multiple Fortune 50 corporations. Prior to Colliers, Jeff spent a year at Partners Real Estate where he focused on industrial tenant representation and project leasing building his client database from the ground up.
