Jeff Ludwig

Jeff Ludwig is responsible for leading the turnkey brokerage affiliate of The Alter Group, Alter 360°. A 25-year veteran of the real estate industry, Jeff has completed more than 7,000,000 SF of transactions worth $625,000,000 during his distinguished career. He has represented more than 2,300,000 SF of office and medical facilities; and more than 1,500,000 SF of industrial facilities. Additionally, Jeff represents such national companies as Farmer Brothers Coffee; Medical Specialties Distributors, LLC; and HCR Manor Care. Jeff began his professional career in 1984. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from DePaul University and is a registered real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
