Jeff Lin

Jeff Lin is a Vice President for Colliers in Downtown Los Angeles, where he specializes in advising investors of single- and multi-tenant retail properties in the San Gabriel Valley and across Southern California. Having joined the team in 2014 at Marcus & Millichap, Jeff began his commercial real estate career in 2009. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Loss Prevention Analyst for fashion retailer BCBG Max Azria, where he gained invaluable experience with inventory control, identifying internal theft, analyzing department budgets, auditing sales and building automated database reports. Born and raised in Taiwaan, Jeff speaks both Mandarin and English fluently, lending him great value in an environment where investors are eager to place overseas capital in tangible U.S. assets.
