Jeff Lahr

Jeff Lahr began his professional career in real estate in 1999 as a broker with Cornish & Carey Commercial in the Emeryville office, specializing in industrial/R&D sales and leasing in Richmond, Berkeley, Emeryville, and Oakland. Jeff has a commitment to building long-lasting relationships with his clients. He is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring his client receive the best possible outcomes. In the last 24 years Jeff has completed more than 300 sales and lease transactions totaling in excess of 3 million square feet. Prior to joining Cornish & Carey, Jeff spent more than 20 years as a sales associate with Prince Tennis Company. Jeff earned a bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Oregon. Jeff joined Norheim & Yost in 2024. Jeff lives in Orinda with his wife Lindy and enjoys biking, working out, being outdoors, and going out to new restaurants.
