Jeff Kaiser

Jeff Kaiser, specializes in the representation of Eastside office tenants and landlords. His years of experience in commercial real estate (since 1979) offer his clients a wealth of knowledge and experience from which to draw. As a previous owner of two successful real estate brokerage firms, and a former top- selling broker in the Colorado Springs, Colorado market, Kaiser is a seasoned veteran. Because of his experience as an owner/manager of commercial properties in Colorado, he is uniquely qualified to understand the myriad needs of real property owners and tenants alike. His clients list his greatest skills as his “honesty, creativity, professionalism and integrity.” Kaiser worked as a licensed sales associate since 1979, and later a real estate broker. He founded Fidelity Real Estate and Development Company in 1986 that grew to 70 agents in three offices. During this time, Jeff led his firm in an alliance with another boutique firm, to manage a sealed bid listing and sale assignment for the Resolution Trust Corporation. The venture successfully disposed of troubled assets located in seven states, with a total book value of more than $100 million. Since moving to Bellevue in 2010, Kaiser has become the local expert in the Bel-Red Corridor of Bellevue, and has been involved in many significant transactions in the Corridor.
