Jeff Jochums

Mr. Jochums is a leader in the Tenant Representation and Corporate Account Services work for the past decade and has practiced commercial brokerage for over 18 years. During Mr. Jochums’ initial tenure, he represented several high-rise and CBD buildings for both private and institutional Landlords giving him a unique insight into the mind site of property owners allowing him to better structure transactions for his occupier clients. Mr. Jochums works with start-up companies to public firms and possesses the knowledge and experience in most every facet in the leasing and real estate cycle. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Jochums was an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield and helped create an Occupier Services team focused on collaboration and looking beyond real estate to help solve his client’s business needs. He was a member of C&W’s exclusive Tenant Advisory group and continues to deliver the highest level of service in the management and oversight of corporate lease portfolios and negotiating complex transactions on behalf of his clients. Mr. Jochums reputation among his peers is excellent as he always works toward building long term relationships and focuses on what is best for his clients with the highest level of ethical standards. Many of his clients are long term in nature including SanMar Corporation, the University of Washington, Windermere Real Estate and Expedia. Mr. Jochums has successfully represented in excess of 10 million square feet in leasing & sales transactions in the Puget Sound area, domestically and overseas.
