Jeff Huberman

Jeff Huberman is a Principal and shareholder with Lee & Associates®. Jeff specializes in the sale, leasing and development of industrial properties 50,000 square feet and larger in Southern California. Jeff emphasizes a long term, value add approach to each assignment, implementing a customized strategy for each client. Jeff has extensive experience in tenant development representation, property acquisitions and dispositions. Jeff began his career as an apprentice under the tutelage of the company’s founder Bill Lee. Today Jeff focuses on providing an array of real estate advisory services to assist local and national firms with the resources and capabilities necessary in the acquisition, development and disposition of distribution buildings, manufacturing facilities and land. In his twenty-fifth year of brokerage, Jeff has advised or been involved in more than 800 transactions. These transactions include leases and sales of industrial property and land throughout the country totaling more than 50 million square feet.
