Acquiring both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations, Hoffman is an integral part of The Boerke Company’s Industrial Team and Principal leadership group. Hoffman's significant achievements include 2012 CARW Deal of the Year Winner (Industrial Category), 2013 CARW Deal of the Year Runner-up (Industrial Category), 2014 CARW Deal of the Year Winner (Development / Construction Category), 2015 Milwaukee Business Journal Real Estate Development Deal of the Year, 2016 Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 Recipient, and 2017 CARW Realtor of the Year.
