Jeff Hines

Jeff Hines joined Northern Commercial/Kaiser Land Company (now SVN|Northern Commercial) in 2019 and has quickly found a niche selling land and commercial buildings in emerging submarkets. He recently completed an eighteen parcel, 1300 acre, 1031 exchange in just over a year. As an advisor, his broad experience, combined with excellent communication and analytical skills, enable him to provide strategic advice to a diverse client base. Jeff began his real estate career as a property manager and developer. His first project was a 66 acre Mixed-Use PUD with 169 homes and 10 acres zoned commercial at the entrance of the property. His personal investments have varied from farm ground to an antique mall. Prior to Commercial Real Estate, Jeff spent 15 years in Media and Brand Management as a writer/producer and freelance voice talent, followed by 12 years as a Major Account Rep in the Food Processing and Industrial Hygiene markets. Both periods, while different in nature, were essentially the same in function: Quickly learn the client’s industry and business, then help them create a brand and sell more products or clean quicker and more efficiently; in other words…Solve their problems. Jeff is a relational problem solver. He works hard to understand his client’s unique goals and challenges; and drawing on his 30 years of experience, he creates solutions for them. Jeff and his wife Kim have two grown children and reside on the family farm in Lizton. When not working, they enjoy taking care of the farm, traveling and reading.
