Jeff Herr started his commercial real estate career as a broker with the High Real Estate Group. After eleven years at High, Jeff became Vice President of Brokerage Services at CBRE, Inc. in Wayne, PA. Later, Jeff joined the Bennett Williams team to focus his real estate career in Central PA. Jeff has extensive experience working with retail, industrial, and office clients. Jeff has participated in the sale, leasing or development of the following properties: , The Lancaster Stockyards Office Park, The Greenfield Corporate Center, The Carlisle Distribution Center, The Hempfield Industrial Park, Millcreek Square Shopping Center, Covered Bridge Shopping Center, Bridgeport Shopping Center, Quality Center, Perryville Medical Center, and the former Crozer Community Hospital. Jeff has also worked with the following clients in sales, leasing, or development: Armstrong World Industries, Amazon, Comcast, Coresource, EXEL Inc., Hain Celestial, Hershey Foods, High Properties, IBM, Kegel’s Produce, Nichia Corporation, Primitives by Kathy, Spartan ERV, Terex Utilities, Susquehanna Bank, and the United States Post Office, as well as retailers such as Applebee’s, Chick-fil-A, CVS, Great Clips, Red Robin, Sky Zone, Sonic Restaurants, and Subway. Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree from Millersville University, a Master’s degree from Temple University, and has completed post-graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Jeff is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a member LCAR, PAR, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
