Prior to joining Faris Lee Investments in 1998, Mr. Conover was a top producing broker with the Grubb & Ellis Company, Newport Beach office and was appointed Vice President. Mr. Conover specialized in tenant representation and property representation services for Retail Commercial Shopping Centers, and provided site acquisition and disposition on behalf of developers and tenants. Mr. Conover is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
