Jeff Clapacs brings his 16 years of professional experience to the CPR team as the Mid-Pinellas Industrial Specialist. He takes great pride in his work, finding creative solutions and delivering financial impacts for his clients. A key component to this is building meaningful relationships and a forward-thinking mindset to discover new opportunities and trends in the real estate market. Jeff advises businesses and investors on assessing their industrial real estate needs, while facilitating both leasing and sales opportunities. He specializes in expansion, relocation, acquisition & disposition and investment. Prior to CPR, Jeff worked in Commercial Property Insurance for two of the largest brokerages nationally, USI and Brown & Brown, with a primary focus of Contractors, Manufacturers, Developers and Real Estate portfolios.
