Jeff Christian joined First Street, Inc. in February 2004 concentrating exclusively in the sale of single tenant brokerage on a national level. Since joining the company, Jeff has closed transactions in excess of $1 Billion, spanning more than 35 states. Since joining First Street Inc., Jeff has risen from Sales Associate to Senior Associate and then Managing Director of the brokerage company in 2017. Jeff obtained a degree in Health Care Administration, and a minor in Finance, from Ohio University in 2002, has a California Real Estate license and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. His commercial real estate experience has led to many successes in developing long-standing relationships with developers of single and multi-tenant assets as well as the 1031 exchange community. Jeff lived in Dallas, TX from 1977 to 1991 before moving to Ohio where he graduated from Ohio University with a degree in finance. After graduating, Jeff worked for Avalande Funding Group in Columbus, Ohio as a mortgage broker specializing in residential home finance
