Jeff Chamot

Jeff has been with Neyer Properties for more than 19 years and is involved in all aspects of real estate development. He manages all of Neyer Properties’ developments including land acquisitions and dispositions, and all major redevelopments. In addition, Jeff leads new development projects from initial due diligence through building completion including design, planning and zoning, permitting and entitlements. With Neyer Properties, Jeff has been involved with the development of urban mixed use projects, office, medical office, retail, industrial, senior housing, multi-family, hospitality, and residential land development. Additionally, he has been involved with numerous projects that are LEED Gold, LEED Silver, and LEED certified. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Cincinnati.
