Jeff Button

Jeff Button has been employed in the real estate industry since 1989 and is one of the recognized names in Sarasota/Manatee industrial real estate. Jeff has been involved with a number of notable sales and leases in our area since joining the Richardson Kleiber Walter group of real estate companies in 2004. Jeff was born in upstate New York and raised in Tallahassee, Florida where he graduated from Florida State University in 1989 with degrees in Economics and Real Estate. Following graduation, Jeff worked as a real estate appraiser focusing on litigation based valuations for 15 years with 14 of those years with Sewell, Valentich, Tillis and Associates here in Sarasota. In 2004, Jeff joined the Richardson Kleiber Walter group becoming the Broker/Owner in 2009. Jeff is one of the few brokers in our market whose qualifications include a degree in Real Estate along with 15 years of experience appraising a variety of commercial oriented properties.In addition to commercial sales and leasing, Jeff and Jennifer are actively involved in managing multi-tenant properties for individual owners and commercial associations.
