Jeff Billingsley

He has been a consistent top producer in the commercial real estate business since graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from The Florida State University Business School in 2003. He serves as a business resource to his clients in creating, and implementing plans to market commercial properties. In addition, he also provides services to tenants and buyers in representing their best interests in complicated real estate transactions. His experience has allowed him to successfully represent clients before the Division of State Lands, and the Florida Cabinet. A lifelong resident of Tallahassee, his extensive knowledge of the North Florida Market has been a tremendous asset to his clients. He is known for his professionalism, work ethic, creativity, and the ability to think outside of the box when it comes to structuring transactions. He also donates his time to help the next generation of commercial real estate professionals, by assisting students with the nationally recognized FSU Real Estate Program. He is a licensed Broker Associate in the State of Florida. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the Tallahassee Board of Realtors.
