Jeff Bennett

Jeff Bennett first became involved with commercial real estate in Kingwood in 2006. Jeff, along with his partner, formed Kingwood Development Partners. The company's primary focus was providing small to medium-sized office space for lease exclusively in Kingwood. Jeff has been the managing member since 2006 and is responsible for all of the daily operations that include the marketing, accounting, leasing, and any renovations of the properties. After managing commercial office space for over five years, Jeff saw a need in the facilities management side of the business. He expanded to help other property owners with maintenance issues as well as marketing and leasing services for their buildings. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University and has been licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission since January of 2010. Jeff is currently a member of the Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also an active board member of Kingwood Place Community Association and a member and past board member of Friday Morning Networking, an industry exclusive community business group. Jeff and his family have been members of Second Baptist Church since 2007.
