Jeannette Mendoza

Jeannette Mendoza, Director at Cushman & Wakefield, has been in the commercial real estate industry in South Florid for almost 20 years. She specializes in landlord representation and has developed long-standing relationships within the commercial brokerage communities throughout South Florida and is widely recognized as an emerging market leader specializing in commercial office space. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, she served as Director of Leasing for Taylor & Mathis, a firm that solely represented Landlord’s. Jeannette’s experience in Landlord representation has attributed to her vast success servicing from small to institutional owners. She is also responsible for coordinating all marketing/advertising functions for the South Florida portfolio, closely interfacing with CoStar, NAIOP and other industry organizations.
