Jean Jensen

Jean Jensen serves as the Managing Partner in Mohr Partners’ Phoenix office. The firm’s market leader and broker of record in Arizona, Jean brings over 13 years of experience across all sectors of commercial real estate. She has lived in Arizona for 20 years and is passionate and knowledgeable about her rapidly growing local market, as well as guiding her clients in national expansion and portfolio strategy. Jean began her career in 2009 and saw her clients through the turbulent economic climate. First specializing in distressed property sales, and then in loss mitigation as a real estate paralegal, Jean became extremely resourceful and an expert in creative problem solving and deal structuring. In 2014, she became the Director of Marketing and Business Development for a company specializing in property and asset management and trustee’s sale acquisitions, where she honed her skills as an investment advisor for incoming clients. Jean subsequently became the Chief Operating Officer for a local investment company in 2016. There she managed over 150 transactions annually; a large portfolio of all asset classes and types; and a team of 10 employees and up to fifty contractors. In 2020, Jean transitioned to become an independent Commercial Broker, representing her clients in purchasing, sales and leasing. Her client roster includes everyone from large corporations and visionary developers, to franchisees, business owners and independent investors.
