Jaysen Smalley
Jaysen joined CBRE in October 2002 as a member of the Toronto National Investment Team.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jaysen worked in the investment banking industry with both private and public companies executing corporate divestitures, and equity and debt financings. Since joining CBRE, Jaysen has worked on over $6 billion in real estate transactions in all asset classes across Canada. Jaysen leads the Office Sector for Toronto's National Investment Team. Jaysen brings a balanced skill set to the National Investment Team's activities. This is demonstrated by his active involvement in the sales and marketing of investment properties combined with a progressive interaction with institutional and private clients during the valuation and underwriting process.
