Jay joined Colliers Dow & Condon in September, 2000, with over 14 years commercial real estate brokerage experience in the Greater Hartford market. Previously the top-producing agent at H. Pearce Company, Jay has been the recipient of numerous awards for sales production, including nine Pinnacle Awards from the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors. Jay specializes in office leasing and investment sales and has been involved in several of the largest sale and lease transactions in the Greater Hartford Market including the sale of 3 office towers in Hartford’s Central Business District including 280 Trumbull Street and the Stilts Building now knows as 29 Church Street. Also the lease renewal and expansion of over 275,000sf to Prudential Financial. Throughout his career the aggregate value of all transactions is in excess of $620,000,000 million.
