Jay Snover

Jay C. Snover, Partner is one of the founders of Legacy. Jay has nearly 25 years experience in Charlotte area leasing and sales and specializes in helping owners and landlords find new ways to maximize their investment. Jay is the former Director of Leasing and Management for Harris Associates in Davidson, NC and has a long history assisting in revitalization projects in the Charlotte area market. Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Wake Forest University where he met and married his wife Beth. They have been married 32 years and have four children.
