After a rewarding experience at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Leasing Representative for 18 years, being one of the top 10 retail agents within Ontario and being awarded the Presidents Round Table Designation for achieving excellent retail sales within Canada, Jay is truly proud of his accomplishments and journey thus far. Jay now looks to new challenges and is excited that it will be at The Behar Group. He is looking forward to making a deep impact as Senior Director of Retail by bringing parties together all while working with such a creative, inclusive, and collaborative team. Jay believes that his years of experience, industry knowledge, patience and perseverance will guide him through all potential hurdles and help him to finalize transactions for his clients.
