Jay Olmstead joined CBRE in early 2021 as a Sales Trainee, working primarily with the research department. He quickly gained a strong understanding of the Edmonton commercial real estate market, and within ten months, Jay officially joined the Edmonton Industrial Team as a Sales Representative in January 2022. In his first year on the team, Jay focused primarily on small bay leasing and played a leading role on transactions with notable clients such as Baker Hughes Canada, Englobe, Synergy Properties, and Vermont Realty.
