Jay Maher

Jay Maher is a Vice President at NAI Hiffman specializing in industrial real estate. He is experienced in representing tenants, buyers and landlords in asset acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, land assemblage and built-to-suit transactions. Jay’s primary geographic areas of focus include Western Cook County, O’Hare and the City of Chicago marketplaces. Jay re-joined NAI Hiffman in February 2015 after three year’s with Cushman & Wakefield. Jay was first employed with NAI Hiffman from 2005-2012 and prior to that he was with Grubb & Ellis. Jay’s focus is on assisting clients with strategic real estate planning, financial analysis and market research.
